Hezekiah's Tunnel

Here I am in this man-made tunnel that was made thousands of years ago. Quite an awesome experience and we got pretty wet too. We came out at the Siloam pool where the Jesus healed a blind man. "He (the formerly blind man) answered and said, A man that is called Jesus made clay, and anointed mine eyes, and said unto me, Go to the pool of Siloam, and wash: and I went and washed, and I received sight." (John 9:11). And From the Bible Dictionary's entry on Hezekiah's tunnel: "An elaborate engineering scheme extending about 1770 feet through limestone rock, bringing the waters of Gihon spring inside the walls of Jerusalem to the pool of Siloam." Here I am with Bethany Bateman who is one of the 60 wonderful young women in the JC. I am such a dork.
