First Day in the Holy City...

It was amazing today, we were sitting in the auditorium where there is the most amazing view of the whole city as the sun was going down and we were singing "Redeemer of Israel" and the sun was just exploding on the dome of the rock. Man! It was sick! And we have about the same view from our bedroom. I will send pictures for sure.

I felt like getting to Chile all over again. super tired, but really excited and my body wasn't providing energy to my brain enough to remember or understand everything that was going on. But it was amazing and I just felt all the potential of what is going to happen this spring and summer. More to come....

Undergrad-uation

This still doesn't seem real. I feel like I will just keep going to class everyday and writing papers and taking tests. But my undergrad is finally over. I can't believe it. I am just grateful. I also just think it is amazing that went from hating to read 6 years ago with a 19 on the ACT and 860 on the SAT, to being the president of a history club and graduating in the top 25% of my major with 4 professors willing to write me letters of recommendation to any graduate school. In addition to these things, I am fluent in Spanish and have presented my research as well as collaborative research at two different academic conferences as well as a religious conference. I don't want to sound arrogant, only grateful that God has taken me this far. And He will carry me forward to accomplish my goals. I know I can do all things with Him.
